What should I bring to my appointment?

To make your appointment as smooth as possible, please bring the following:

• Valid photo identification — a current passport or driving licence. A second form of ID (such as a recent utility bill) is helpful.
• The document(s) to be notarised — unsigned, unless you have been specifically instructed to sign in advance.
• Any instructions from the foreign authority, court or party who requested the notarisation.
• Supporting documents referred to in what you are signing.
• If you are signing on behalf of a company, evidence of your authority to do so.
